Gabby Douglas Coach Denies Slave Bullying at Olympic Training Gym

Gabby Douglas and Oprah Winfrey Doing Gymnastics During TV Interview: Claimed Called Slave by Racist Employee at Olympic Training Gym: Twitter Photo

Gabby Douglas recently revealed to Oprah Winfrey that her journey to the 2012 Olympics was not easy.

Not only did she have to do gymnastics training for years, but she also claimed she encountered bullying in the form of racism at her first main gym.

Gabby said to Oprah that while a member at the Excalibur Gymnastics in Virginia Beach, Virginia, she was bullied and called a slave by an employee.

However, the gym’s coach Dena Walker told TMZ Live TV yesterday that the racist claims are fake and did not happen.

“The cell number I had for her no longer existed,” Walker said when asked by the TV journalists why she did not contact Douglas when she left the gym.

She said she spoke to her current coach from Des Moines, Iowa several months ago, and “he said he had absolutely no control over the situation.”

Walker also said that from 2002-2008, her gym had three other national team members who were black besides Gabby Douglas.

If Douglas is lying, she may have been told to say the statement to gain people’s sympathy so her commercial endorsement earning potential will increase.

The divorcing Douglas family is reportedly fighting over Gabby’s gold medal endorsement millions.

Solar (R)evolution

Does the sun have the power to transform humankind?

In Solar (R)evolution, world-renowned German biophysicist Dieter Broers makes a compelling case, pointing to a wealth of scientific evidence that shows a remarkable correlation between increases in solar activity and advances in our creative, mental, and spiritual abilities.

We are in the midst of a dramatic rise in solar disturbances, which have the capability of disrupting the Earth’s geomagnetic field and, as a result, our global ecology. Broers, however, sees this not as an impending apocalypse but as the dawn of a new era.

Drawing on research from a variety of disciplines, he shows how erupting solar activity carries the potential to boost our brain capacity and expand our minds in ways we never imagined possible. Abilities now seen as extraordinary or supernatural—telepathy, extrasensory perception, and off-the-charts intelligence quotients—may soon become ordinary and natural and could very well help us solve the mounting global crises we are facing.

Humankind is going through an evolutionary leap, says Broers, and the process has already begun.
