Katherine Jackson Loses Custody of Michael’s Kids Following Family Fight & Kidnapping Accusations

Katherine Jackson has lost guardianship of her grandchildren.

The 82 year old had legal custody of her dead son Michael’s three children, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket but today her grandson TJ Jackosn, 34, son of Tito, requested and was granted temporary guardianship of the kids.

In California, Judge Beckloff said he wasn’t suspending Katherine because of anything she did but because he is worried “intentional act from third parties” are stopping her from carrying out her duty of care to the kids.

According to HLN, TJ revealed in court today that he had a strange call with his grandmother Tuesday night and said “I’ve never heard my grandmother talk like that. She wasn’t sharp. The pauses, choice of vocabulary. She has not used certain phrases like that before.”

It is not known if Katherine is taking drugs for an ailment that would make her sound strange.

The judge also ruled that Diana Ross – who Michael named as a back-up guardian to his kids in his will – must be informed of the situation as should Michael and Paris’ biological mother Debbie Rowe.

He also stated the children must not be allowed to leave the state of California without court permission and advised TJ to see permanent custody.

Katherine is currently in Arizona with her daughter Rebbie but it has been speculated that she could be being held against her will.

Paris Jackson shed light yesterday on Twitter on the possibility of her grandmother being kidnapped in a conspiracy dealing with Michael’s will and estate: “the same doctor that testified on behalf of dr murray saying my father was a drug addict (a lie) is caring for my grandmother… just saying[.]”

Just before that tweet, she wrote: “9 days and counting… so help me god [gic] i [gic] will make whoever did this pay[.]”

Monday, Paris’s cousin T.J. Jackson tweeted and she re-tweeted: “@ParisJackson I know it’s completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you.”

Police were called to Katherine’s home in Calabasas, California Monday after her children Janet, Randy and Jermaine, reportedly tried to remove Michael’s kids from the property.

Security footage of the invasion and fight showed Janet trying to take Paris’s phone.

She reportedly called Paris a “spoiled little bitch,” and Paris told her to “Get the f**k out,” according to an insider to Diane Dimond for ET yesterday.

Today Paris posted a new photo of herself on Twitter making the the “rock on” hand signs – Devil Malocchio Evil Eye black magic curse – while writing to defend Michael’s “Black or White” song and her rocker style choices: “dear haters .. black or white is a rock song!! so those of u who are hating on rock can suck it lol[.]”
