Will Smith says he supports President Barack Obama’s position on gay marriage.
The actor/rapper told reporters in Berlin, Germany on Monday that the question of whether gay, bisexual, lesbian or transgender people should be allowed to legally marry is “about semantics,” according to the Huffington Post.
Smith told reporters during the German press conference to promote Men in Black III: “if anybody can find someone to love them and to help them through this difficult thing that we call life, I support that in any shape or form.”
The alleged Scientologist said Obama’s support for gay marriage was a “brave” move in an election year.
Will and wife Jada Pinkett Smith have been outed as bisexual and in an open marriage by a number of sources in the past several years. A Hollywood madam said that he used to order gigols for gay flings from her company.
