Drake is being sued by his ex-girlfriend over rights to the song “Marvin’s Room.”
Ericka Lee, who claims to be the rapper’s ex-girlfriend, has filed a lawsuit against him seeking damages and a co-writer credit for his 2011 song “Marvin’s Room.”
Lee filed the lawsuit on Thursday in California federal court, and she claims the pair had a romantic and business partnership between early 2010 and mid-2011, in which time she said they swapped song lyrics and discussed joint creative projects, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

She claims Drake promised to share royalities from the song with her after she agreed to record the opening monologue and the song’s “hook.”
The lawsuit alleges that Drake sent Ericka a text message stating she could have two percent of the music publishing royalties for “Marvin’s Room.”
It states: “Plaintiff’s contribution is highly significant to the overall work.”
In July 2011, Lee made a claim at the U.S. Copyright Office regarding “Marvin’s Room” stating: “My works and voice are used on this work.”
The song’s music video has been viewed more than 39.1 million times on YouTube.
Recent rumors have been surfacing that Drake is bisexual and had gay affairs with his boss Lil Wayne and singer Trey Songz.
Also, he allegedly dated Rihanna and Nicki Minaj.

Does the sun have the power to transform humankind?
In Solar (R)evolution, world-renowned German biophysicist Dieter Broers makes a compelling case, pointing to a wealth of scientific evidence that shows a remarkable correlation between increases in solar activity and advances in our creative, mental, and spiritual abilities.
We are in the midst of a dramatic rise in solar disturbances, which have the capability of disrupting the Earth’s geomagnetic field and, as a result, our global ecology. Broers, however, sees this not as an impending apocalypse but as the dawn of a new era.
Drawing on research from a variety of disciplines, he shows how erupting solar activity carries the potential to boost our brain capacity and expand our minds in ways we never imagined possible. Abilities now seen as extraordinary or supernatural—telepathy, extrasensory perception, and off-the-charts intelligence quotients—may soon become ordinary and natural and could very well help us solve the mounting global crises we are facing.
Humankind is going through an evolutionary leap, says Broers, and the process has already begun.
