Mariah Carey is trying to lose the weight she gained from carrying her twin babies, and she has been exercising in public and using Twitter to let everyone know.

She gave birth to fraternal twins, a boy and a girl, via C-section in April.

41-year-old Carey was spotted looking a little out of breath as she finished a long power walk through New York with a personal trainer and a friend the week of September 20.

Dressed in grey sweatpants and a black tank top, the musician looked tired and sweaty as she made her way back towards her Tribeca apartment.

At one point, Mariah’s muscular trainer grabbed her hand to help her across the street while she looked about ready to give up and faint.

The weeked of October 3, Mariah tweeted a picture of her walking her five dogs in a grassy park and wrote: “And They Call It Puppy Love” … me & dem pups at it again!

In August, she tweeted a similar funny picture of herself walking her dogs, tangled in their leashes, and wrote: “Jogging puppystyle!”

Recently, she tweeted a photo of herself swimming in the ocean and wrote: “Ocean work out! It’s been a loooong time since I’ve been in the ocean(said like “OPEN”in cruise control)”

Mariah and her husband Nick Cannon, 30, welcomed their twins, Monroe and Morocco on April 30.

The proud father and “America’s Got Talent” host said that not only will his wife lose the fat she gained, but she is also going to look like she did in her twenties.

The 30-year-old told America’s OK! Magazine: “She is getting it off, she is about to be 1990 again!”

She recently said on Home Shopping Network that pregnancy was tough on her, saying: “My body went through so much – you have to keep those twins in as long as possible, but it’s a sacrifice you make for them.”

Fans have not been given the opportunity to see whether the kids look like Cannon or Carey.

The only photo the couple have released was of Monroe with a hand covering her face.

Mariah tweeted the picture, with the comment: “This is baby Monroe saying ‘no pictures dahhhhling’ at 7+1/2 weeks..oh dear :)”

Solar (R)evolution

Does the sun have the power to transform humankind?

In Solar (R)evolution, world-renowned German biophysicist Dieter Broers makes a compelling case, pointing to a wealth of scientific evidence that shows a remarkable correlation between increases in solar activity and advances in our creative, mental, and spiritual abilities.

We are in the midst of a dramatic rise in solar disturbances, which have the capability of disrupting the Earth’s geomagnetic field and, as a result, our global ecology. Broers, however, sees this not as an impending apocalypse but as the dawn of a new era.

Drawing on research from a variety of disciplines, he shows how erupting solar activity carries the potential to boost our brain capacity and expand our minds in ways we never imagined possible. Abilities now seen as extraordinary or supernatural—telepathy, extrasensory perception, and off-the-charts intelligence quotients—may soon become ordinary and natural and could very well help us solve the mounting global crises we are facing.

Humankind is going through an evolutionary leap, says Broers, and the process has already begun.
