Kris Jenner, fame whore and mother of the Kardashian clan, is being sued by a cosmetics firm over her plastic surgery.
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” reality TV personality is facing legal action by beauty company B&P because she had a facelift in June, according to TMZ.
B&P claim the 55-year-old breached a contract to endorse a line of their anti-ageing skin care products called Beautiful Eyes in a Bag by undergoing plastic surgery.
They alleged her admission to having the surgery violates her agreement not to harm the reputation of the company and the product.
However, Jenner is insisting the procedure did not affect her face but simply tightened up saggy skin around her neck, the website reports.
The mother of six had the procedure done in preparation for her daughter Kim Kardashian’s wedding to NBA player Kris Humphries on August 20.
“I needed a little freshening up for the wedding,” she told Us Weekly this month.
“Just doing what a girl’s gotta do!”
Jenner’s facelift was filmed for the family’s reality show.
“I don’t want to die,” she was heard saying in a preview of the upcoming episode.
The family that constantly tries to milk their talentless fame has had plastic surgery in their past.
Kris has admitted on her show to breast implant surgery, and her husband Bruce Jenner has had several facelifts. She denies she had a nose job.
Her daughter Kourtney has admitted to having a breast implant enlargement.
Kim has allegedly had breast implants and a nose job, possibly even a couple, which seem obvious, but she insists she only had Botox and laser eye surgery.
Khloe has allegedly had a nose job.
